Sensor Instalation and placement

Bedst placement of sensors are in the middle of the unit in where you want to measure the temperature.

Be sure that the sensor antenna is pointing vertically up og down, and also that the antenna has 2cm fri space around and that it dos not touch any metal objects.

Place the sensoren in a Sensortube or in a sensorclips.

Coldrooms If the coldrooms are more that 20 meters away from the placement og the mainmodule or a repeater, then we recommend a sensor with a long antenna, and that the antenna are pulled out of the room.

Sensor in Coldrooms, Refrigerator and Undercounter cooler

You can see here that the antenna is pulled up over the sealing and out of the room.

The sensor is placed in the left side of the refrigerator in a sensor clips.

This sensor are placed on the back wall of the undercounter, it can also be place in a sensortube on the floor between the drawers.

Bad placements

Do not places the sensor in the direct line of the cooling blower

Do not places sensors in the bottom of a drawers

Do not cover sensors with food or other items

Do not place sensors on electric engines

Do not place sensors in or around magnetic fields

Do not place sensors close up to power wires.

Obs If you are not satisfied with the measured temperature in the unit where sensors are located, then you can try moving sensors to another location in the unit.
